Compensation & Premium Benefits

• High Earning Potential: Base salary of $225,000 – $275,000 + production (Pro-Sal). Your leadership contributions are recognized through a guaranteed premium base salary that accounts for your administrative and mentorship impact.
• Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 total bonus—50% awarded following your 90-day onboarding/probationary period and 50% on your one-year anniversary.
• Relocation Support: $5,000 relocation stipend to ensure a smooth transition for you and your family to the Western Veterinary Group community.
• Automatic Retirement Growth: A 401(k) plan with a guaranteed 3% employer contribution—we invest in your future even if you choose not to contribute.

Qualifications

• DVM with a California license (or ability to obtain).
• 5+ years of small animal clinical experience preferred.
• A proven track record of leadership, mentorship, or supervision.
