Experienced Veterinary Technician

Voted “South Bay’s Best,” Western Veterinary Group is a 5 doctor, small-animal practice seeking passionate & experienced RVT’s or Veterinary Technicians.
Our technicians are responsible for administering patient care, treatments, IV catheter placements, radiology, dentistry, assisting with surgery preparation, anesthetic monitoring, phlebotomy, some hospital housekeeping, and customer service client interaction.
OR
Pharmacy Assistant’s are responsible for filling medications in our pharmacy for patients. Training is available for Technicians interested in this department!
Must have a minimum of 2 years of hands on technician experience. You will be working in a progressive and fast paced environment, must be a positive team player, have a “can-do” attitude, and excellent communication skills. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be well versed in animal restraint.
The schedule is flexible with rotating weekly shifts and rotating weekends. Closed major holidays as well (paid holiday’s if full-time)!
